What is Naturality?

For all that man is considered to be an inventor and creator, it is ironic that nothing in the world is original. Art, science, logic and emotions, among other things, have been in existence since before the time of man, and have routinely been expressed by flora and fauna alike in nature. As such, only nature is original, and is the only source of original creativity. Once we become aware of the infinite potential that nature has to offer, we are merely the channels through which nature expresses itself in a variety of ways.

In the same way, Naturality, or Sahajta, has always existed, but it is realized through Jivasu. The episodes, experiences and knowledge collected throughout his life became the groundwork for Naturality, which took a clear shape in 2010. The Naturality framework gives us a way of life in which we live according to our natural self. It is an integration of science with the wholeness and sacredness of life. The Naturality mantra beautifully and comprehensively elucidates its essence:

धर्म देहम धर्म मानस धर्म बुद्धि आत्मा

धर्म प्रियजन धर्म सर्वजन धर्म देश धर्मेधरा

धर्म नेहम धर्म एकम धर्म ही गतिशीलता

धर्म जीवन धर्म चेतन धर्म ही आनन्द्परम

सहजम अस्ति अस्ति अस्ति

Right care of body, feelings, mind and soul

Right care of family, community, country and the Earth

Let love, harmony and flow sustain right care

Let right care bring the bliss of conscious living

I affirm this, I affirm this, I affirm this in my Naturality

Naturality is like scaffolding – once we feel at home within ourselves and in the world, we let go of the support that helped us construct our harmonious space. The framework of Naturality was realized by Jivasu, but it does not belong to any one person. Instead, it welcomes anyone to join the movement and add their own flavor to it as they discover their natural selves. Naturality is ever-growing and leading to the world becoming an expression of the natural self.
